Balfour Winery produces one of England's most iconic and exclusive sparkling wines using traditional Champagne methods.

Hush Heath Estate, the home of Balfour Winery, comprises 400-acres of manicured vineyards, apple orchards, wildflower meadows and ancient oak woodland, rich in flora and fauna. Balfour Winery combines conservation with an unrivalled spirit of hospitality and generosity with family values at its core.

Wildflower meadows are declining in this country with sadly only 3% of the ancient wildflower meadows remaining. We are very proud that we have introduced them next to Nannette's Vineyard. Watch our video where our co-founder, Leslie Balfour-Lynn, gives an insight into how are our wildflower meadows are thriving and why they are so important to our Estate.
