Based in the Weald of Kent, Swift House Cookery School offers a range of inspirational and imaginative cookery courses to those who wish to enhance their culinary skills.
All our cookery courses are offered and run by professionally trained staff, who are on hand to offer you a bespoke training experience. Our classes are intentionally kept small (maximum 8 but often smaller) ensuring our students are given all the one-to-one attention they require.
Cookery classes are added regularly so keep an eye out for a course that suits you. If you require something more tailor-made to cover a specific area, then please do get in touch to discuss our one to one sessions.
In addition to cookery courses, we also make celebration cakes, chocolates, cupcakes and cake pops to order for collection or delivery in Kent.
We are sponsored by Callebaut, the famous Belgium chocolate company, and additionally offer specialised chocolate making classes in Kent to the keen enthusiast or budding chocolatier.
