We are a contemporary style sweet shop based in Tenterden. Look out for our super size lolly and you'll see us! We have been open since November 2019 after converting the building from a charity shop to our now home, and 2n6sweets. We have a large pick n mix wall (over 40 different types of sweets) and also stock a wide range of other sweets including: retro, American, Vegan, Gluten and Dairy and Sugar free options. We also create many different bespoke sweet gifts , sweet trees , sweet bouquet sweet platters.

What are you guys doing this summer that’s extra special, any offers, activities etc?⠀

For the month of August we are offering 10% off our sweet party kits and also offering 20p off your next pick n mix when you bring back your reusable bag.⠀

What are you looking forward to this summer in Ashford & Tenterden?⠀
⠀
We have enjoyed meeting all the children involved in the Whip and Loli trail, who persevered in all weathers to complete it ! Hopefully they will be popping back to see us. It’s always great to meet new customers. We love being involved in new projects to encourage customers in Tenterden and Ashford!⠀

Tell us a little bit about Vicki's Bridal Boutique and what you offer?⠀

We are a sister run Bridal boutique in Tenterden, we opened in April of this year and are loving being part of the Tenterden. We offer gorgeous British Designed wedding gowns and Accessories.⠀

What are you guys doing this summer that’s extra special, any offers, activities etc?⠀
⠀
This summer we have a Bank Holiday event opening on Sunday 29th August for three 90 minute appointments - we have one slot left!! So get in touch!⠀

What are you looking forward to this summer in Ashford & Tenterden?⠀

Being able to enjoy lunch on the Recreation Ground in the sunshine.⠀

Tell us a little bit about The Latte Lounge and what you offer?

We opened on 30th September 2020 and despite numerous months of lockdown, we have created a very friendly, popular coffee shop with many lovely, regular customers. Our shop family-run, contemporary, friendly and right in the heart of Tenterden just off the high street. We only use local suppliers and offer lots of homemade pastries, cakes, brownies , local ciders and apple juices and much more...We pride ourselves on being family and dog friendly. ⠀

What are you looking forward to this summer in Ashford & Tenterden?⠀

In Spoonful of Sugar next door, we have been doing weekly themed events, cake decorating, art and craft, mad hatters tea party and an end of summer party on the 31st August. All have been really well attended. We have also been working with FLaura and Fauna Faces and Peppermint pottery, so the children have a wide variety of entertainment and resources.⠀

What are you looking forward to this summer in Ashford & Tenterden?⠀

We have enjoyed Welcoming back the coaches and tourists. We also really enjoy seeing lots of children in both Spoonful of Sugar and the Latte Lounge. We love just sitting in the sunshine on our forecourt watching the world go by.⠀

Tell us a little bit about The Old Dairy Brewery and what you offer?⠀
Our brewing story began in 2010 in a converted dairy on a farm (hence our name). Due to increased demand for our beers we moved to our new larger brewery in 2014, which is now housed in two World War II Nissen huts in Tenterden. The Brewery is also home to our Brewery Shop and Taproom.⠀

What are you guys doing this summer that’s extra special, any offers, activities etc?⠀
⠀
Our Taproom is open 7 days a week. Why not come and try a pint or two straight from the source. Our beer garden is situated right outside the brewery where you can sit back and relax with a fresh pint of beer, along with some beautiful scenery. A great place to start or finish a summer’s walk.

We also have the pleasure of hosting Moretto’s Italian BBQ Food Truck every from Friday 16:00-20:00 & Saturday 10:00-20:00⠀

Getting out in our beautiful countryside and enjoying the summer weather – and enjoying a pint or two in a pub garden!⠀

Tell us a little bit about The Snug and what you offer?⠀

The Snug is a unique home & lifestyle shop, with fun and exciting products such as neon candles, sheep and artwork as well as wooden decor for neutral lovers! We have everything you would need for your home, furniture, decor, bath & body and more!⠀

What are you guys doing this summer that’s extra special, any offers, activities etc?⠀

We just opened our new Ashford store and have launched our online store to branch out so that customers from all over the world can get a hold of our wonderful products!⠀

What are you looking forward to this summer in Ashford & Tenterden?⠀

We are excited by the opportunities our new store has brought us and getting involved in local activities such as the summer ice cream trail in Tenterden and weekend events happening regularly in Ashford.⠀

Tell us a little bit about Tenterden Museum and what you offer?⠀
⠀
The Museum is located in the corner of the car park on Station Road just off the High Street. We're open every day from 11-4:30 and Sundays 1:30-4:30. Visitors can enjoy discovering our local heritage in seven rooms. This includes ship building at Smallhythe; the history of the town as told on the fabulous tapestry by the children from the junior school; our 20th century room where you can spot the things you remember from your past; our agricultural and buildings heritage; our new Picture Gallery and all the items in our Reserve Collection. ⠀

What are you guys doing this summer that’s extra special, any offers, activities etc?⠀

There is a brand new Special Exhibition - From Wood to Waves, looking at the impact of humans on the environment in the Weald. For children there is the ever-popular Mouse Trail and the Kids Activity Zone for games and colouring. They can also collect their badge for the Wheels of Time programme which we are part of with 47 other museums in Kent. There are 3 interactive systems, so if you can't get up the stairs, you can still see what's in those rooms and if you want to research families or properties, come and have a play. Entry costs just £2 for adults and kids are free. The museum is run by volunteers and all the money goes towards keeping the museum open.⠀

Of course we're on the Ice Cream trail so come and spot that clue you need to solve the anagram and win lots of prizes!⠀

Tell us a little bit about The Lemontree and what you offer?⠀
⠀
The Lemon Tree in Tenterden's wide tree lined high street dates from around 1470 and was visited by Henry VIII on his visit to Smallhythe docks to see the building of his ship “Grande Mistresse”. A Tudor Rose carved in the building's main beam in his honour can still be seen.⠀

Now this Wealden Hall House play's host to The Lemon Tree, established in 1997, this stalwart of the high street offers unashamedly great British comfort food. The wide range of English breakfasts feature great “Bangers” from local Park Farm butchers, while 21stC classics such as Avocado Smash or Eggs Benedict, have heralded a new era of healthy eating and gluten free options.⠀

This much photographed timber framed building with it's famous hanging bakets offers a wide range of home-made light and full lunches ranging from probably the best Welsh Rarebit in Kent, to a daily Roast or Sussex Haddock Smokies. Home-made Quiches, home cured Sugar Roasted Ham, Free range Eggs and Chips can be washed down with local Beers, Ciders and Wines.⠀

Tell us a little bit about Montalbano it’s history and the services/ products you offer?

We are a family run restaurant specialising in authentic Italian cuisine, featuring many regional dishes with touches from the very southern part of Italy: Sicily.

What are you guys doing this summer that’s extra special, any offers, activities etc?
